Support
One address, read by the people who built the app.
What to include
- Your store domain, so we can look at the right scan.
- If it is about a specific finding: the file and line number from your report.
- If something looks wrong: what you expected and what you got.
How quickly we reply
Within one working day. We are a small team and we read every message. Agency-plan customers are answered first.
Things worth emailing about
A false positive
Something we flagged that is actually fine. This is the most useful message you can send us — precision is the thing we care most about, and real examples are how it improves.
A fix that broke something
Tell us the file and line. Shopify's theme editor keeps a version history you can roll back from in the meantime.
A rule we're missing
An issue another tool found that we did not. Sometimes that is a gap in our rules and sometimes it is a finding we deliberately do not count — either way we will tell you which.
Things we can't help with
We cannot tell you whether your store is legally compliant, and we cannot advise you on a legal claim — we are not lawyers. We also cannot make changes to your theme for you; Shopify does not permit apps to write theme files, which is explained in the FAQ.
Before you email
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page, and the app has the same help content built in under Help.
